Some people have been here for 10 plus years and I don't know how they do it. I don't see myself being here much longer. It makes you hate the job very quick and I always hear others who have been here much longer complaining. If you cared about your employees maybe you wouldn't be so short staffed. It seems that's why they can't keep employees. There is no work-life balance when they make you do that much overtime. Talking to other people it's been like that for awhile now. After one week they make you do required overtime which is 8 hours mandatory during the week and for the whole month I've been there, it's been every Saturday as well. It is also extremely hot with only little fans that just blow hot air around and don't do anything to help. You fill tote after tote after tote until break and then do it again until you go home.
It is endlessly repetitive day in and day out. I have been here for only a month so far but it is very soul sucking.
